STARTING UP WITH BINGOGALA™
I want to play!! What do I do?
Simply go to http://www.bingogala.com
and hit the download button. Once you have downloaded, install the
program by double clicking on the file which you just saved to your
hard drive. Restart your computer, connect to the internet and launch
the program from your program files. Couldn't be easier!!
Why does it take so long downloading
and then keep quitting before it's finished?
This happens when the connection between your PC and our
server is not a good one or it can mean that our server is over-loaded.
In most cases it will be a connectivity problem and can sometimes
be improved by choosing an off-peak time of day, depending on where
you are in the world.
OK, so what next?
After the set up, go to the sign in page, and click on 'New'. Choose
a nickname, and a secret password. Then fill in the answers to the
questions accurately so we know where to send your winnings. This
is very important, so make sure that all your information is correct!
All information provided is strictly confidential, and will not
be shared with anyone else!
How do I fund an account?
Currently, we accept Master Card and Visa, PayPal, NETeller, Western
Union and FirePay.
Is it really safe to use a credit card
on line?
In a word, yes! We use a third party secure server with modern encryption
technology for all financial transactions. Your credit card information
always remains confidential. (Much, much safer than the old days
when we all gave a carbon copy of our card to the cashier!!!) We
process thousands of transactions daily, with zero problems to date.
OK, It's safe! So when will the credits
show in my account?
In most cases, funds will be credited to your bingogala account
within 5 to10 minutes. If it takes longer than 30 minutes, please
email accounts@bingogala.com.
Type DEPOSIT in the subject line, and let our support staff know
your name, account details, time, time zone, and the amount of your
deposit. We will follow up within eight hours, and see if we can
assist. Never hit the submit button twice, or you could be double
charged by your bank!!!
All right! Now what?
Sign into the game with your new nickname and pass word. Then go
to "Options", and chose your weapon, uh, your
dauber!! Select a shape and a color! This is bingogala, so you'll
have lots of choices. Also, while in "Options",
select the sounds you would like to hear, and choose how many cards
you would like to play.
Well, how many cards can I play?
There is a required minimum of 3 cards per game. You can play up
to 100 cards per game if you like! How much does each game cost
to play? Most of the time, each card is 25 cents, though we have
specials for dime and nickel games, as well as many other specials.
At the minimum limit of 3 cards per game, that's a total of 75 cents.
Of course, you can play up to 100 cards if you wish. Ask your Chat
Masters, and watch your email for announcements about our special
games.

How is the prize money determined?
And the jackpots too? Each game's cash prize is based on the number
of cards in play during the previous game. A percentage of that
cash total goes toward the prize for the following game. So, the
more folks playing, the greater the prize.
Jackpots are progressive, except during special game nights where
they will be set higher than per usual.
How many people will I be playing
with?
That will depend, but each game will show how many players are currently
in the game. The next game should have a similar number. It will
vary from the time of day, to day of the week, to the specials on
at the time, but it's always fun!!
Can I chat with other players?
Absolutely!! And that's part of the fun. Come into the chat room
and meet some new friends. (There are even special games for bingogala
Bonus Bucks reserved just for those in chat!!)
What is a 'Bonus Buck'?
A Bonus Buck is essentially free money, and we'll give you a lot
of it! You can earn BB's by introducing your friends to our game,
or by winning contests, or by being in chat and playing our special
games. Use this free money just like cash on the site. You cannot
withdraw it, but you sure can buy cards with it and win real money
that way. Come in and grab some!!!!
So what happens if I have a
bingo?
We make that easy for you. Your cards will change color as you get
closer to the winning pattern. When one of your cards is 3 calls
away from a win, it will turn purple, 2 calls away it will turn
green, 1 call away, it will turn yellow, and when you have bingo,
it will be red, and tell you that you have a bingo!! Congratulations!!
Hit the bingo button, claim your prize, and enjoy the excitement
with your fellow players.
Hey, what happened? I hit the
bingo button, but only got half the shown prize amount!
From time to time, you will find that another player is as lucky
as you are! In cases where two players both bingo on the same number,
the prize is split between the two (or more) winning cards. If you
needed the same number to win on 2 cards, and the other player needed
it on only 1, you would get 2/3 of the prize for that game!!
These cards are bad!! Can I
change them?
Sure!! This is bingogala after all, and wouldn't be fun with bad
cards. Just click on the number below each card, and chose a new
one. Cards are generated randomly for each game, so if you miss
the opportunity, don't worry too much. Next game, we will provide
you with a whole new set!
How much can I win?
Our jackpots are progressive, and begin at $500. They increase in
size with every game played, until someone gets lucky and wins.
We often have jackpot specials, and these may start at much more
than $500, set to go quickly for added excitement. Cash prize are
won for every game, so how much you win is unlimited. Go for it!

Now what?
You have a couple of options here, depending on your preference.
First, you may want to consider leaving money in your account for
future play. Many players do this, and some go on to play big and
win even more.
However, if you would like to make a withdrawal, be sure to leave
enough in your account to allow you to play for a few more days
while your winnings are wired to you. To make a withdrawal, click
on the "Cash Out" button on the game site. This
will take you to a page where you should select the option you prefer.
All requests for payouts will be processed within 24 hours (except
on weekends). It usually takes a maximum of 14 days for the funds
to reach your account. You should usually have it all within a week's
