An 18-year-old became the first woman to win the World Series of Poker

This is the first time that the WSOP came to Europe, and with it came the 18 year old Annette Obrestad of Sandnes, Norway who beat 362 rivals to walk away with £1 million.
Annette said "Its possible mama and I will buy a house now," after winning at the event in London.
She was also the youngest to ever win a World Series of Poker. She also beat last year's winner, Jamie Gold.
